Mums & A Love Note

I love Fall colored mums! The leaves are starting to turn here, and I am looking forward to getting out to shoot more of the beautiful colors.



Some mornings before he goes to work, my husband leaves me a little note. Today he showed off his artistic talents with it ;)

Does anyone know what the item in bottom row, center is? I know it's very old, and it was given to me as a gift. But so far, not sure what it is! Would love if someone could tell me :)

And... Hello Fall! We had a beautiful Summer here in NW Oregon, but I am most definitely ready for Fall. It's my favorite season.
