Nature Walk

Another amazingly beautiful Fall day here in NW Oregon... nice and sunny with a little chill in the air! Went on a fabulous walk with my friend/neighbor Kate, and our kids. We spent time exploring in the woods and down at the pond. Saw a snail, several {gross!} slugs, two very happy white ducks, a huge crawdad, and lots of cute little minnows. I didn't bring my camera because I wanted to have my hands free, a decision I regretted about 5 minutes into our walk ;)

    Isn't it always the case that as soon as you make the decision to leave the camera behind you are bombarded with endless photo opportunities. Nice set of shots of the flowers.
